Committed to providing yoga to those who can truly benefit from the healing tools it has to offer, I’m most grateful for the opportunity I had to deliver mindfulness, meditation and conscious breathing bedside at Evelina Children’s Hospital. It cemented the desire to pursue my dream, that yoga should become a part of everyone’s life. The healing tools it has to offer when dealing with the twists and turns of life can benefit all ages and backgrounds.
Naturally empathetic in nature, my interest in spirituality developed from a very early age. Travelling extensively for several years this characteristic has been allowed to flourish and is a guiding force in the way I choose to live.
Understanding the healing properties of food. Recognising that emotional, physical and spiritual well-being are intertwined, each having a fundamental effect on how we actually feel, is a philosophy I have adopted for many years.
Graduated in a BSc (Hons) Environmental Science and Law (joint) degree, I have worked for local government and the private sector.
